Oven-Roasted Chickpeas

Ingredients

  • Cinnamon Sugar
  • 1 (15 oz.) can chickpeas, drained, rinsed and dried
  • 1 Tbsp. canola oil
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. cinnamon
  • Spicy Garlic
  • 1 (15 oz.) can chickpeas, drained, rinsed and dried
  • 1 Tbsp. canola oil
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp. cumin
  • 1/4 tsp. paprika
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°.

  3. In a medium bowl, toss chickpeas with oil, sugar and cinnamon. Spread on a baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes, or until golden brown and crunchy.

  5. In a medium bowl, toss chickpeas with oil, salt, chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder and cayenne. Spread on a baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes, or until golden brown.
