Oven-Roasted Chickpeas

Ingredients
- Cinnamon Sugar
- 1 (15 oz.) can chickpeas, drained, rinsed and dried
- 1 Tbsp. canola oil
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. cinnamon
- Spicy Garlic
- 1 (15 oz.) can chickpeas, drained, rinsed and dried
- 1 Tbsp. canola oil
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. chili powder
- 1/4 tsp. cumin
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. onion powder
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°.
- Cinnamon Sugar
- In a medium bowl, toss chickpeas with oil, sugar and cinnamon. Spread on a baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes, or until golden brown and crunchy.
- Spicy Garlic
- In a medium bowl, toss chickpeas with oil, salt, chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder and cayenne. Spread on a baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes, or until golden brown.
