Pepperoncini Pot Roast
Need an extra easy weeknight dinner? Make Pepperoncini Pot Roast in your slow cooker. This roast has lots of flavor and only takes a few minutes of prep time.
Ingredients
- 3 lbs. chuck roast
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- 1 packet au jus mix
- 1 packet ranch dressing mix
- 1 stick butter, cut into cubes
- 5 pepperoncini peppers
Instructions
- Season roast with salt and pepper and place in a slow cooker. Sprinkle au jus mix and ranch mix on and around the roast. Arrange butter and peppers around the roast.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours. Separate meat into chunks and serve.
