Chicken Ramen Casserole

Chicken Ramen Casserole

For dinner this week, keep things simple (yet delicious) with Chicken Ramen Casserole, filled with broccoli and Cheddar cheese.

Ingredients

  • 6 (3 oz.) packages chicken-flavored ramen noodles, 2 flavor packets reserved
  • 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese
  • 4 cups milk
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 1 (10.8 oz.) bag frozen broccoli
  • 8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°.
  2. Place ramen squares in a single layer along the bottom of a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
  3. In a medium bowl, whisk together ramen flavor packets, cream cheese, milk and garlic powder. Pour mixture overtop the noodles. Top evenly with chicken and broccoli. Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese.
  4. Bake, covered, about 30 to 35 minutes, until noodles are cooked through and cheese is melted.
