Chicken Ramen Casserole
For dinner this week, keep things simple (yet delicious) with Chicken Ramen Casserole, filled with broccoli and Cheddar cheese.
Ingredients
- 6 (3 oz.) packages chicken-flavored ramen noodles, 2 flavor packets reserved
- 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese
- 4 cups milk
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- 1 (10.8 oz.) bag frozen broccoli
- 8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°.
- Place ramen squares in a single layer along the bottom of a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together ramen flavor packets, cream cheese, milk and garlic powder. Pour mixture overtop the noodles. Top evenly with chicken and broccoli. Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese.
- Bake, covered, about 30 to 35 minutes, until noodles are cooked through and cheese is melted.
