Sheet Pan Steak and Veggies

For an easy and delicious weeknight dinner, make Sheet Pan Steak with Veggies. Potatoes, broccoli and Sparkle sirloin steak come together in this simple recipe.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. parcooked baby red potatoes
  • 3 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp. dried Italian seasoning
  • 2 tsp. seasoned salt, divided
  • 1 tsp. freshly ground black pepper, divided
  • 2 lbs. top sirloin steak, patted dry

Instructions

  1. Preheat broiler to 500°.
  2. Place potatoes and broccoli onto a baking sheet lined with foil and sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Top with olive oil, garlic, Italian seasoning, 1 teaspoon seasoned salt and 1/2 teaspoon pepper. Toss to coat and spread in a single layer.
  3. Season steak with remaining teaspoon of seasoned salt and 1/2 teaspoon of pepper. Add to baking sheet with veggies. Cook 4 to 5 minutes, remove from oven to flip steak, then cook an additional 4 to 5 minutes, or until desired doneness.
