Buffalo Chicken Jalapeño Casserole

Ingredients
- 6 slices bacon, chopped
- 3 jalapeños, seeded and sliced
- 1 1/2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup hot sauce
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- 1 rotisserie chicken, shredded
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°.
- In a large pan over medium heat, add bacon pieces and cook until mostly crisp. Drain all but 2 tablespoons of grease. Add jalapeño slices and continue cooking until soft. Stir in cream cheese, mayonnaise, hot sauce, salt and pepper.
- Spread shredded chicken along the bottom of a 13 x 9-inch baking dish sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Spread cream cheese mixture overtop chicken, then top with Cheddar and Mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 10 to 15 minutes, until cheese is bubbly.
