Lemon Garlic Ribs

Thanks to Karen N. for submitting this recipe to us during one of our Facebook contests. Baby back ribs are on sale this week and this is a great recipe to keep in mind for dad on Father’s Day.

 

What you will need to make dads favorite is, 2 racks baby back ribs, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper, 8 cloves of garlic, crushed, 1 cup lemon juice, 1 cup red wine vinegar, 1/2 cup water, 1/4 to 1/2 tsp hot pepper flakes, optional, 1/2 ( 7 oz ) package dry Good Seasons Italian dressing, 3 tbsp sugar.

Preheat your grill to 325º. Season ribs with salt and pepper. Grill both sides of ribs until lightly browned. Meanwhile, mix together garlic, lemon juice, vinegar, water, hot pepper flakes, Italian dressing mix and sugar. Continue to grill ribs for 1 to 1.5 hours, turning and basting every 10 minutes until marinade is gone and/or ribs cooked through.
