Football Dip 2 Ways
The football playoffs are upon us and if you’re watching the games, you definitely need some snacks. Try two easy dip recipes that are delicious and all your guests will enjoy.
Sausage Dip
All you need for this delicious dip, paired great with tortilla chips, is three ingredients: 1 pound of hot or mild Sparkle bulk sausage, one 8 ounce package of softened cream cheese cut into 1-inch pieces and one 10 ounce can of drained diced tomatoes with chilies.
In a skillet, brown and break up the sausage until completely cooked through, then drain off any liquid. Transfer the sausage to a small slow cooker. Add the cream cheese pieces and tomatoes to the slow cooker, then cook on low for 3 to 4 hours or on high for 2 hours until everything is heated through and melted.
Beer Cheese Dip
Another easy dip, you only need four ingredients: 6 ounces (about half of a bottle) of your favorite beer, 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese, two 8 ounce packages of softened cream cheese and 1 packet of ranch dressing mix.
In a medium sized bowl, mix together the cream cheese, beer, shredded cheese and ranch dressing mix. Then serve with pretzels. Super simple!

Ingredients
Sausage Dip
- 1 lb Sparkle bulk sausage hot or mild
- 8 oz package cream cheese softened and cut into 1-inch pieces
- 10 oz can diced tomatoes with green chilies drained
Beer Cheese Dip
- 6 oz of your favorite beer
- 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
- 8 oz packages cream cheese softened
- 1 packet ranch dressing mix
Instructions
