Pepperoncini Pot Roast

Need an extra easy weeknight dinner? Make Pepperoncini Pot Roast in your slow cooker. This roast has lots of flavor and only takes a few minutes of prep time.

Ingredients

  • 3 lbs. chuck roast
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 packet au jus mix
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix
  • 1 stick butter, cut into cubes
  • 5 pepperoncini peppers

Instructions

  1. Season roast with salt and pepper and place in a slow cooker. Sprinkle au jus mix and ranch mix on and around the roast. Arrange butter and peppers around the roast.
  2. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours. Separate meat into chunks and serve.
