Red Velvet Cheesecake Brownies

Ingredients
- 1 box red velvet cake mix
- 1 1/2 sticks butter, melted
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 (8 oz.) package cheese, softened
- 1 large egg
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350º.
- In a large bowl, beat together cake mix, butter, egg, vanilla and water until well combined. Pour into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish coated with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a separate bowl, beat together cream cheese, egg, sugar, and vanilla until well combined. Drop by the spoonful onto the brownie dough and run a knife through the dough to swirl the cheesecake throughout. Bake for 35 to 45 minutes or until set. Cool completely before cutting.
