Red, White & Blue Blondies

• 1 stick butter, softened
• 2 cups brown sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 Tbsp. vanilla
• 1/4 tsp. salt
• 1 tsp. baking powder
• 2 cups flour
• 1/2 cup patriotic sprinkles
• 2 cups red, white and blue M&Ms, divided

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°.
2. In a large bowl, mix butter and brown sugar. Add eggs and vanilla and mix until smooth. Slowly mix in salt, baking powder and flour. Stir in sprinkles and 1 1/2 cups M&Ms.
3. Spread mixture into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Top with remaining M&Ms and bake about 22 to 25 minutes, until golden.
