Strawberry Brownie Skewers
Ready to treat your special someone on Valentine’s Day? Ditch the usual chocolate-covered strawberries and instead make Strawberry Brownie Skewers.
Ingredients
- 1 box brownie mix
- 2 (16 oz.) packages strawberries, ends cut off
- 1 bag marshmallows
- 3 oz. semi-sweet chocolate, melted
- Wooden skewers, cut in half
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Prepare brownie batter according to package directions. Spoon batter evenly into mini muffin tins sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Bake for
- to 20 minutes. Remove and let cool completely.
- Layer strawberries, brownies and marshmallows on each skewer, then place on a cookie sheet lined with wax paper.
- Drizzle chocolate over skewers. Refrigerate until chocolate is set, then serve.
