Garlic and Cheese Biscuits
For a simple and flavorful dinner side, make Garlic and Cheese Biscuits! These are great paired with steak or seafood.
Ingredients
- 2 cups biscuit mix
- 2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder, divided
- 2/3 cup milk
- 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 1 Tbsp. parsley
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400º.
- In large bowl, combine biscuit mix, Cheddar cheese and 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder. Stir in milk and mix. Drop batter by heaping spoonfuls onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 10 minutes.
- Melt butter in a small pan, add remaining garlic powder and cook for 1 minute. Remove from heat and add parsley. Brush biscuits with mixture and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until lightly browned.
