Chicken Avocado Burgers
Chicken avocado burgers make a perfect afternoon dish. Cook these burgers in ten minutes and top with your favorite ingredients.
Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground chicken
- 4 cloves garlic, minced, divided
- 1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
- 1 tsp. salt, divided
- 1 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup onion, minced
- 1 cup crumbled Feta cheese
- 1 avocado, chopped
- 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 chipotle pepper in adobo sauce, seeds removed
- 4 buns
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together ground chicken, 3 cloves garlic, bread crumbs, 1/2 teaspoon salt, pepper, onion and cheese. Gently mix in avocado.
- Form mixture into four patties. Place on grill pan and cook each side for about 5 to 7 minutes.
- Meanwhile blend yogurt, chipotle pepper in adobe sauce, remaining salt and 1 clove garlic in blender. When done, remove burgers from pan and place on buns. Drizzle with chipotle sauce and desired toppings.
