Mini Almond Cheeseballs
Labor Day weekend is just around the corner. We have great recipes to help you out. Mini Almond Cheeseballs are the perfect personal appetizer for the holiday!
Ingredients
- 2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp. grated onion
- 1/2 cup chopped smoked almonds
- Pretzel sticks for serving
Instructions
- Using an electric mixer, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add cheese, bacon, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder and onion and mix until combined.
- Using a spoon, scoop out about one tablespoon of mixture and roll into 1-inch balls. Toss each in almonds, coating evenly.
- Transfer cheese balls to a plate, cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or until firm. Insert a pretzel into each cheese ball just before serving. Serve with remaining pretzels.
