Roasted Cherry Sangria
Roasted Cherry Sangria will be the talk of the party. This fruit medley is refreshing and fun.
Ingredients
- 1 lb. cherries, pitted and sliced
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 (750 ml) bottle red zinfandel
- 5 oz. Grand Marnier
- 1 orange, thinly sliced
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 (750 ml) bottle rosé wine
- Fresh mint
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400º.
- Place cherries in a baking dish and sprinkle with sugar. Roast cherries for 35 to 40 minutes. Allow to cool completely.
- Combine cherries, red zinfandel and Grand Marnier in a pitcher. Add orange slices and juice and refrigerate for 3 hours or up to overnight.
- Serve over ice, top with rosé wine and garnish with mint.
