Buffalo Chicken Skewers

Buffalo Chicken Skewers are an easy snack or appetizer for your next football tailgate or gathering.

Ingredients

  • 1 (28 oz.) bag buffalo style chicken boneless wings
  • 8 oz. blue cheese, cut into cubes
  • 3 celery stalks, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup buttermilk
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh dill
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/8 tsp. hot sauce
  • 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 12 small skewers

Instructions

  1. Cook chicken according to the package directions.
  2. While chicken is cooking, mix avocado, yogurt, buttermilk, dill, parsley, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce and cayenne in a blender. Mix until smooth. Pour into a serving bowl and place in refrigerator until ready to serve.
  3. Once chicken is cooked, thread celery, blue cheese and one chicken bite onto a skewer. Repeat with remaining ingredients. Place skewers on a serving platter and serve with dipping sauce.
