Candy Cane Cookies

Your guests will love Candy Cane Cookies, serve them with the leftover candy canes!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/4 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 stick butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 3/4 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup crushed candy canes

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400º.
  2. In a small bowl combine flour, baking soda and salt. Set aside. Beat butter and sugar with an electric mixer until fluffy. Add egg and mix until fully combined. Add vanilla. Fold in flour mixture and mix until combined.
  3. Fold in candy canes and chocolate chips. Once combined, scoop cookie dough into balls and place on a lined baking sheet covered with parchment paper.
  4. Bake for 7 to 8 minutes until cookies are golden brown on the edges. Transfer to a cooling rack.
