Slow Cooker Ribs
Slow Cooker Ribs are fall-off-the-bone delicious!
Ingredients
- 3 racks of ribs
- 1 Tbsp. paprika
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tsp. steak seasoning
- 1 onion, sliced thick
- 1 cup apple juice
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
Instructions
- In a bowl mix together paprika, garlic, brown sugar, salt, cayenne, chili powder, pepper and steak seasoning.
- Lay ribs on parchment paper and evenly disperse spice mixture on each. Place onions evenly on bottom of slow cooker. Pour in apple juice to lay evenly with onions. Add ribs on onions and heat on low for 6 to 8 hours.
- Preheat boiler.
- Remove from slow cooker and let cool. Mix barbecue sauce with 1/2 cup cooking liquid from slow cooker. Brush barbecue sauce over ribs. Broil for 4 to 5 minutes, until sauce begins to char.
