White Chocolate Cranberry Cookies
White Chocolate Cranberry Cookies are a sweet treat for your upcoming holiday parties.
Ingredients
- 2 sticks butter, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 1/4 cups flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 cup dried cranberries
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375º.
- Beat butter and sugar in large bowl with mixer until light and fluffy. Blend in eggs and vanilla. Slowly add flour, baking soda and salt; mix well. Stir in white chocolate and cranberries.
- Drop rounded spoonfuls, about 2 tablespoons of dough, 1 to 2 inches apart onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 9 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool for about 1 minute and remove to a wire rack to cool completely.
