Olive Tapenade

Olive Tapenades are an elegant appetizer to serve guests. This easy recipe is done in less than five minutes!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup pitted Kalamata olives
  • 1/2 cup pitted green olives
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 Tbsp. capers
  • 2 Tbsp. freshly chopped Italian parsley
  • 1/2 Tbsp. freshly chopped rosemary
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 cup chopped roasted red peppers
  • French bread, sliced

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until finely chopped. Serve on bread and garnish with red peppers
