Honey Apricot Goat Cheese
Honey Apricot Goat Cheese will be a crowd-pleaser. Serve this cheese log with fresh apple slices, pear slices or your favorite crackers.
Ingredients
- 8 oz. goat cheese or cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup apricot preserves
- 1/3 cup chopped roasted and salted almonds
- 5 dried apricots, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. freshly chopped basil
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- Apples or crackers for serving
Instructions
- Spread preserves on a serving plate. In a bowl, mix almonds, apricots and basil together. Roll cheese in apricot mixture, pressing gently to coat. Set cheese log on preserves and surround with crackers and fresh fruit. Drizzle with honey.
