Coconut Coleslaw
Coconut Coleslaw is delicious on any sandwich or on the side with our new Sparkle Kielbasa Patties or Sparkle Cheddar Kielbasa Links!
Ingredients

- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut milk
- 2 tsp. horseradish cream sauce
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 green cabbage, thinly sliced
- 1/4 purple cabbage, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup shredded carrot
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, coconut milk, horseradish cream sauce, sugar and apple cider vinegar.
- In a medium bowl, combine green and purple cabbage, carrot and salt. Once the dressing is creamy, pour over cabbage and stir to coat.
