Buffalo Taquitos with Homemade Ranch
Buffalo Taquitos with Homemade Ranch will satisfy your buffalo chicken dip craving!
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 2 Tbsp. fresh parsley, minced
- 1 1/2 tsp. fresh dill, minced
- 1/2 tsp. apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. onion powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- 1 (8 oz.) package reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 rotisserie chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 12 flour tortillas
Instructions
- Whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream and buttermilk in a medium bowl until smooth. Stir in parsley, dill, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper. Cover and refrigerate.
- Preheat oven to 450°.
- Mix cream cheese, 1/2 cup ranch mixture and buffalo sauce until well combined. Mix chicken and cheese into the cream cheese mixture. Spread chicken mixture onto each tortilla. Roll tightly around mixture and place seam side down on a baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Spray tops of tortillas with non-stick cooking spray. Bake for 10 minutes until golden brown. Serve with remaining ranch.
