PB & J on a Stick

PB & J On A Stick

For a healthy after-school snack, make PB & J on a Stick.

Ingredients

  • 4 slices wheat bread
  • 2-4 Tbsp. peanut butter
  • 1-2 Tbsp. strawberry jelly
  • 1-2 Tbsp. raspberry jelly
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 4 strawberries

Instructions

  1. Make two PB & J sandwiches, one with strawberry jelly and the other with raspberry jelly.
  2. Cut off crust. Cut each sandwich into four squares.
  3. On one wooden skewer, alternate strawberry sandwich pieces and banana.
  4. On another skewer, alternate raspberry sandwich pieces and strawberries.
