PB & J on a Stick
For a healthy after-school snack, make PB & J on a Stick.
Ingredients
- 4 slices wheat bread
- 2-4 Tbsp. peanut butter
- 1-2 Tbsp. strawberry jelly
- 1-2 Tbsp. raspberry jelly
- 1 banana, sliced
- 4 strawberries
Instructions
- Make two PB & J sandwiches, one with strawberry jelly and the other with raspberry jelly.
- Cut off crust. Cut each sandwich into four squares.
- On one wooden skewer, alternate strawberry sandwich pieces and banana.
- On another skewer, alternate raspberry sandwich pieces and strawberries.
