Caramel Apple Cheese Dip

Ingredients
- 2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese
- 1/2 cup jarred caramel, divided
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 2 Granny Smith apples, finely chopped
- 2 cups chopped pecans
- 1 package crackers, for serving
Instructions
- In a large bowl, beat together cream cheese, 1/4 cup caramel, lemon juice, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt.
- Fold in Cheddar and apples. Scoop mixture onto a sheet of plastic wrap and shape into a ball. Let freeze for about 30 minutes.
- Spread pecans on a plate. Roll cheese ball in pecans and transfer to a serving platter. Drizzle with remaining caramel and serve with crackers.
