Caramel Apple Cheese Dip

Craving something sweet? Whip up Caramel Apple Cheese Dip.

Ingredients

  • 2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup jarred caramel, divided
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 2 Granny Smith apples, finely chopped
  • 2 cups chopped pecans
  • 1 package crackers, for serving

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, beat together cream cheese, 1/4 cup caramel, lemon juice, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt.
  2. Fold in Cheddar and apples. Scoop mixture onto a sheet of plastic wrap and shape into a ball. Let freeze for about 30 minutes.
  3. Spread pecans on a plate. Roll cheese ball in pecans and transfer to a serving platter. Drizzle with remaining caramel and serve with crackers.
