Jalapeño Cheddar Stuffed Mushrooms
This appetizer is easy to make and even easier to eat! Try it at your next tailgate.
Ingredients
- 20 button mushrooms, stems removed
- 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 10 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
- 2 jalapeños, minced
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- Chopped fresh chives, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°.
- In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, Cheddar, bacon, jalapeño, garlic, salt and pepper.
- Stuff mushrooms with cream cheese mixture and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25 minutes, until mushrooms are cooked. Garnish with chives and serve.
