White Chocolate PB Chip Cookies

For one of the best sweet flavor combinations, make White Chocolate PB Chip Cookies (and try not to eat them all).

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 sticks unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup white chocolate chips
  • 3/4 cup peanut butter chips
  • 1/2 cup Reese’s Pieces

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda and salt. Set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, combine butter, sugars and vanilla until fluffy. Add eggs and combine. Gradually fold in flour mixture. Fold in white chocolate chips, peanut butter chips and Reese’s Pieces.
  4. Roll dough into 2 tablespoon-sized balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 11 minutes, until edges are golden. Let cookies cool for 5 minutes before serving.
