White Chocolate PB Chip Cookies
For one of the best sweet flavor combinations, make White Chocolate PB Chip Cookies (and try not to eat them all).
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 sticks unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup white chocolate chips
- 3/4 cup peanut butter chips
- 1/2 cup Reese’s Pieces
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda and salt. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine butter, sugars and vanilla until fluffy. Add eggs and combine. Gradually fold in flour mixture. Fold in white chocolate chips, peanut butter chips and Reese’s Pieces.
- Roll dough into 2 tablespoon-sized balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 11 minutes, until edges are golden. Let cookies cool for 5 minutes before serving.
