Maple Walnut Salmon
For dinner this week, make Maple Walnut Salmon! This recipe’s walnut crust is filled with spices and adds tons of flavor to the dish.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup finely chopped walnuts
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 tsp. chipotle powder
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- 3 Tbsp. maple syrup
- 1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 4 salmon fillets
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine walnuts, paprika, chipotle powder, onion powder, garlic powder, pepper, syrup, apple cider vinegar and soy sauce.
- Place salmon on a plate and top with walnut mixture. Refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours.
- Preheat oven to 425°.
- Place salmon on a baking sheet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Transfer to oven and cook about 7 to 10 minutes.
