Chili Cheese Dog Cups
With the start of spring comes baseball. Whether you’re watching the Guardians or Pirates, or taking your kids to and watching their games, it’s time for chili dogs! These easy-to-eat chili dog cups can be customized for different tastes and it’s a super simple recipe for those busy nights of practices.
For this recipe, you will need one can of refrigerated biscuits, one can of chili, eight sliced hot dogs, one cup of shredded Cheddar cheese and half a cup of chopped onion. For toppings, you can use mustard, sauerkraut, ketchup and relish according to your preference.
Heat oven to 375°. Spray a muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray. Separate biscuit dough and flatten each biscuit into a 5-inch round. Place dough into the bottom and up the sides of each muffin cup. Place a few hot dog slices into each cup then spoon some chili overtop and top with cheese. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown. Cool 5 minutes before removing rom pan. Top each with onions and your favorite hot dog toppings.
