French Dip Crescents

The classic French Dip is always a favorite. We’re putting an easy twist on the recipe using deli roast beef and crescent rolls. They are a quick dinner or a great appetizer for a party. With lots of events coming up, these are the perfect addition to any spread.

To make these quick and easy French Dip Crescents, you will need two 8oz. packages of refrigerated crescent roll dough, 1 lb. of thinly sliced deli roast beef, 8 slices of provolone cheese, 1/4 cup of creamy horseradish sauce, optional, one 1oz. package of Au Jus gravy mix and 3 cups of cold water.

Begin by preheating your oven to 375º.

Separate your crescent rolls into 16 pieces. Spread ½ teaspoon horseradish sauce, if desired, on each crescent. Top the dough with half a slice of cheese and a slice of roast beef. Roll up the crescents and place them on a baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.

While crescents are baking, combine the au jus mix with water in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil and serve with crescents.
