Olive Tapenade
Olive Tapenades are an elegant appetizer to serve guests. This easy recipe is done in less than five minutes!
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup pitted Kalamata olives
- 1/2 cup pitted green olives
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp. capers
- 2 Tbsp. freshly chopped Italian parsley
- 1/2 Tbsp. freshly chopped rosemary
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 cup chopped roasted red peppers
- French bread, sliced
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until finely chopped. Serve on bread and garnish with red peppers
