Gia Russa Chicken Cacciatore Casserole

Ingredients
- 2 lbs. chicken tenders
- 2 Tbsp. Gia Russa Olive Oil
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- 1 (12 oz.) Gia Russa Hearth Style Noodles
- 1 stick unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup Gia Russa Romano Cheese
- 1 (25 oz.) Gia Russa Cacciatore Sauce
- 1 (12 oz.) Gia Russa Fried Peppers & Onions
- 1 (16 oz.) Gia Russa Medium Hot Peppers in Sauce
- 2 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350º.
- Place chicken in greased or nonstick baking pan. Drizzle with olive oil and salt and pepper. Cover with foil and bake until cooked through.
- Cook noodles to package directions. Melt butter in medium frying pan and add cooked noodles. Add cheese and toss. Place noodles in casserole dish.
- In a frying pan, add cacciatore sauce, fried peppers and onions and peppers in sauce. Stir and heat thoroughly. Add chicken and coat well. Place chicken on top of noodles. Ladle remaining sauce over chicken. Sprinkle with cheese and parsley. Bake for 7 to 10 minutes.
