Parmesan Broiled Tilapia
For a quick and light dinner, make Parmesan Broiled Tilapia. Pair with oven-roasted potatoes and salad for a full meal.
Ingredients
- 4 tilapia fillets
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 Tbsp. seasoned bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. butter, softened
- 2 Tbsp. Greek yogurt
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. dried basil
- 1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. onion powder
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven broiler.
- In a small bowl, mix cheese, bread crumbs, butter, yogurt, lemon juice, basil, pepper, salt, onion powder and garlic powder. Place tilapia on a baking sheet covered with foil and coated with nonstick cooking spray. Broil for 3 minutes on each side. Remove fillets from oven and cover with Parmesan mixture. Broil for an additional 2 minutes or until fish flakes. Serve immediately.
