Steak Sandwiches
Grill dad some tasty steak sandwiches for Father’s day!
Ingredients
- 6 Tbsp. olive oil, divided
- 2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- 1 lb. boneless beef sirloin steak
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
- 2 onions, sliced thin
- 6 sandwich rolls
- 6 lettuce leaves
Directions
- In a small bowl, stir 4 tablespoons of oil, vinegar,Worcestershire, garlic, salt and pepper. Place steak in a resealable plastic bag; add marinade. Refrigerate at least 3 hours.
- In a small bowl mix mayonnaise, mustard and horseradish. Cover and refrigerate. In a skillet cook onions in remaining oil over medium heat. Stir for about 10 minutes or until onions are golden brown.
- Grill steak, turning once, to desired doneness. Let rest 10 minutes and slice. Spread mustard sauce on rolls. Fill with lettuce, onions and steak.
