Gia Russa Beef Stew Casserole
This casserole can be done entirely on the stovetop!
Ingredients
- 1 (12 oz.) package Gia Russa Hearth Style Noodles
- 1 stick butter
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 jar Gia Russa Beef Stew Starter
- 1 bag frozen stew vegetables
- 1 cup Gia Russa Beef Stock
- 2 Tbsp. Gia Russa Olive Oil
- 1/4 cup Gia Russa Romano Cheese
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Cook noodles according to package directions. Melt butter in medium frying pan and add cooked egg noodles. Toss until noodles are well coated with butter, salt and pepper to taste. Add Romano cheese and toss. Transfer noodles to a casserole dish.
- Brown the ground beef on medium high heat in a skillet. Add the beef stew starter, frozen stew vegetables and beef stock and cook until heated thoroughly and vegetables are done. Pour mixture over egg noodles, and sprinkle with Romano cheese, and chopped parsley. Serve immediately.
