Blueberry Pie Bites
This recipe makes six tiny pies. You can double or even triple the ingredients for a party or gathering.
Ingredients
- 1 (15 oz.) pie crust
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. water
- 1 egg
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450º.
- With a cookie cutter slice the crust into 1 1/2-inch circles. In a small bowl stir together blueberries and sugar. Place a spoonful of berries in the center of each pie circle. Pinch edges to form pastry.
- Whisk together the water and egg. Brush onto pastries. Sprinkle with additional sugar and bake for 10 minutes. Let cool and enjoy.
