Banana Nut Smoothie
This simple and tasty recipe is perfect as an after-workout meal or a quick breakfast!
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/3 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
- 1 banana
- 1 Tbsp. peanut butter
- 2 ice cubes
Instructions
- In a blender combine milk, yogurt, banana, peanut butter and ice cubes. Blend for one minute or until smooth.
