Hot Sauce Shrimp Skewers
This is an easy recipe that will add some spice to your seafood menu!
Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp. plain Greek yogurt
- 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 Tbsp. chopped green onion
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. sweet chili sauce
- 1/2 Tbsp. sriracha sauce
- 1 lb. shrimp, shelled and deveined
- 10 skewer sticks
Instructions
- Combine yogurt, mayonnaise, garlic, green onion, sweet chili sauce and sriracha in a bowl and stir well. Set aside.
- Place 5 shrimp on each skewer. Cook shrimp on each side for 2 to 3 minutes, until opaque and cooked through. Brush each hot skewer with sauce, on both sides and serve immediately.
