Yogurt Dill Dip

Serve with your favorite veggies or chips.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 cup reduced-fat sour cream
  • 1/2 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tsp. dill weed
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
  • Broccoli, cauliflower and carrots for serving

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine yogurt, sour cream, mayonnaise, onion, parsley, dill weed, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper.
  2. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Serve with broccoli, cauliflower and carrots.
