Tater Tot Casserole
For a quick and simple weeknight meal, make Tater Tot Casserole– complete with Cheddar cheese and bacon bits.
Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 (10.75 oz.) can condensed cream of cheese soup
- 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 (10 oz.) sour cream
- 1 cup bacon bits
- 3 cups frozen tater tots
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425º.
- Cook beef and onion in a skillet over medium-high heat until beef is well browned, stirring to break up meat.
- In a large bowl mix together beef, cheese soup, cheese, sour cream, bacon and tater tots. Spoon beef mixture into 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until potatoes are done.
