Tater Tot Casserole

For a quick and simple weeknight meal, make Tater Tot Casserole– complete with Cheddar cheese and bacon bits.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 (10.75 oz.) can condensed cream of cheese soup
  • 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 (10 oz.) sour cream
  • 1 cup bacon bits
  • 3 cups frozen tater tots

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425º.
  2. Cook beef and onion in a skillet over medium-high heat until beef is well browned, stirring to break up meat.
  3. In a large bowl mix together beef, cheese soup, cheese, sour cream, bacon and tater tots. Spoon beef mixture into 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
  4. Bake for 25 minutes or until potatoes are done.
