Buffalo Chicken Pasta
Buffalo Chicken Pasta is a nice side dish for Memorial Day and it’s made all in one pot.
Ingredients
- 8 oz. penne pasta
- 3 cups cooked chicken, diced
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup diced green onions
- 1 cup diced celery
- 3/4 cup buffalo sauce
- 3/4 cup crumbled blue cheese, divided
Instructions
- In a pot combine pasta, chicken, chicken broth, green onions, celery, buffalo sauce and 1/2 cup cheese. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes, or until pasta is cooked. Stir well. Top with remaining cheese.
