Baked Hot Dogs
Rather than opting for a messy build-your-own hot dog station, make Baked Hot Dogs ahead of time– complete with a chili cheese topping.
Ingredients
- 8 hot dogs
- 8 hot dog buns
- 1 (15 oz.) can chili beans
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 2 jalapénos, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375º.
- Grease a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Heat hot dogs according to package directions. Arrange hot dog buns in baking dish and place hot dogs in buns. Top with chili and then sprinkle with cheeses, onion and peppers. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes, until cheese is melted.
