Smoked Gouda and Basil Pasta Salad

Ingredients
- 16 oz. penne pasta
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1/3 cup white vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- 2 tsp. adobo sauce
- 1 (10 oz.) package grape tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup peas
- 8 oz. smoked gouda cheese, cubed
- 1/4 cup basil, thinly sliced
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook according to package directions. Drain and rinse under cold water; set aside.
- Mix mayonnaise, milk, vinegar, salt, pepper and adobo sauce in a small bowl.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, mayonnaise mixture, tomatoes, peas and cheese. Stir in basil. Refrigerate before serving.
