Pesto Ravioli & Chicken

Ingredients
- 2 tsp. olive oil
- 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into strips
- 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- 3/4 cup chicken broth
- 1 (9 oz.) package cheese ravioli
- 3 zucchini, sliced
- 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup basil pesto
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Add chicken and cook until brown. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- Add broth and ravioli. Bring to boil and then lower heat. Cover and simmer until ravioli is tender.
- Turn heat to medium-high and add zucchini, red pepper flakes and chicken. Cook for about 3 minutes before adding garlic. Cook for an additional minute.
- Add pesto and stir to coat. Sprinkle with Parmesan and serve.
