Pizza Bread

This recipe for Pizza Bread takes little to no time to make and works great for parties or tailgates!

Ingredients

  • 2 cans biscuits
  • 2 cups Mozzarella cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. Italian seasoning or parsley
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 (8 oz.) package pepperoni, chopped
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Cut biscuits into quarters.
  3. In a mixing bowl, toss biscuits with Mozzarella, Italian seasoning, olive oil, pepperoni, Parmesan and garlic powder. Transfer mixture to a Bundt pan or 9 x 13 pan.
  4. Bake for about 30 minutes, until top is brown.
  5. While still hot, flip over onto a plate and serve.
