Mini Bacon Cheeseburger Bites
At your next tailgate, don’t worry about grilling for hours! Instead, make Mini Bacon Cheeseburger Bites.
Ingredients
- 27 crispy crown potatoes
- 3/4 lb. lean ground beef
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 3 slices yellow American cheese
- 3 slices bacon, cooked
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°.
- Place potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet and cook for 10 minutes. Turn over and cook for an additional 10 minutes. Remove from oven and set aside.
- In a small bowl, combine beef, salt, pepper, onion powder, Worcestershire and garlic powder. Shape into 1-inch patties and place on a separate baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes, turning halfway through. Remove from oven and set aside.
- Cut each slice of cheese and bacon into ninths.
- Top each potato with a burger, cheese and bacon. Place back in oven and cook until cheese is melted, about 2 to 3 minutes.
