Giant Halloween Cookie

Make this festive Giant Halloween Cookie for an upcoming Halloween party- or just ’cause you’re craving something sweet!

Ingredients

  • 1 package refrigerated sugar cookie dough
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1 Tbsp. milk
  • 2 Tbsp. butter, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup candy corn
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup vanilla frosting

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Spread cookie dough around a 12-inch pizza pan lined with foil and greased with shortening. Bake 15 to 20 minutes, until golden brown. Cool completely. Lift crust from pan and place on serving platter.
  3. In a small bowl, mix peanut butter, milk, butter and powdered sugar until smooth.
  4. Spread peanut butter mixture on crust, then sprinkle with candy corn and chocolate chips. Microwave frosting, then drizzle over cookie. Cut into wedges and serve.
