Giant Halloween Cookie
Make this festive Giant Halloween Cookie for an upcoming Halloween party- or just ’cause you’re craving something sweet!
Ingredients
- 1 package refrigerated sugar cookie dough
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1 Tbsp. milk
- 2 Tbsp. butter, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup candy corn
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup vanilla frosting
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Spread cookie dough around a 12-inch pizza pan lined with foil and greased with shortening. Bake 15 to 20 minutes, until golden brown. Cool completely. Lift crust from pan and place on serving platter.
- In a small bowl, mix peanut butter, milk, butter and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Spread peanut butter mixture on crust, then sprinkle with candy corn and chocolate chips. Microwave frosting, then drizzle over cookie. Cut into wedges and serve.
