Loaded Breakfast Pizza
For breakfast, make Loaded Breakfast Pizza. It’s topped with breakfast meats, veggies and egg- all your morning essentials!
Ingredients
- 1 lb. pizza dough
- 2 tsp. flour
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2-3 links cooked breakfast sausage, chopped
- 4 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 red bell pepper, diced
- 1/4 cup chopped green onion
- 4 eggs
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°.
- Spread pizza dough on a pan lightly dusted with flour. Top with bacon, sausage, cheese, bell pepper and green onion. Bake for about 10 minutes.
- Remove from oven and crack eggs overtop. Place back in oven and cook for 4 to 5 minutes, until egg whites are set and crust is golden brown.
