Chicken Pot Pie Muffins
For dinner, try something new and make Chicken Pot Pie Muffins– they’re single-servings and great for parties.
Ingredients
- 1 chicken breast, cooked and diced
- 1 (10.5 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 Tbsp. Herbs de Provence
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 2 (10 oz.) cans refrigerated biscuits
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°.
- In a large bowl, combine chicken, cream of chicken, vegetables, cheese, Herbs de Province, onion powder and garlic salt.
- Press biscuits into a 12-cup muffin tin sprayed with
- non-stick cooking spray. Spoon chicken mixture evenly into each cup. Bake for about 15 minutes.
