Chicken Pot Pie Muffins

For dinner, try something new and make Chicken Pot Pie Muffins– they’re single-servings and great for parties.

Ingredients

  • 1 chicken breast, cooked and diced
  • 1 (10.5 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. Herbs de Provence
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 2 (10 oz.) cans refrigerated biscuits

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°.
  2. In a large bowl, combine chicken, cream of chicken, vegetables, cheese, Herbs de Province, onion powder and garlic salt.
  3. Press biscuits into a 12-cup muffin tin sprayed with
  4. non-stick cooking spray. Spoon chicken mixture evenly into each cup. Bake for about 15 minutes.
